So they have THREE video production houses for a church with few members?
The Sunset Blvd. And toilet paper.
The theming is impeccable with consistent yet customized signage, logos and sculptures throughout. The Scientologists claimed 4,000 but that is preposterous. Attendees were forced to walk past sign waving protesters, some in Guy Fawkes masks.
When AnonOrange and I visited the Org one week later we were almost the only guests. A middle aged white lady had followed us in. She just wanted to use the bathroom!
The Church has themed the ideal org to fit the local "image." Pasadena's image reflects the history of the building and the area.
Chris explains the Twin Cities Ideal Org in detail. The studio includes two sound stages, extensive post-production facilities and modern TV, satellite and Internet broadcasting capabilities, the church said. But now nobody is coming in to buy books or talk therapy. Body route your thetans (or whatever) and get ready to hear some entheta on episode 80 of 13 O'Clock.

Scientology purchased the four-story 50,000 square foot Braley Buildingin downtown Pasadena in 2006 at the top of the real estate bubble. Prices have since crashed. Next they threw out or bought out the tenants but did nothing with the property until 2010.

Some exist just as computer animation, or video so digitally processed it LOOKS like antiseptic 3D computer animation.
A Church is not a building, a Church is the parishioners. But they won't show them in any of their architectural tours. That's because if someone appears in the video and then leaves the Church noisily the whole thing will have to be reshot.
The Church claims they can handle up to 300 scientologists daily here with 173 staff. I saw three public people there and two of them were us protesters. One of the most egregious examples of excess, the building is over 90,000 square feet and completely empty! Ninety minutes away they have another giant production facility called Golden Era Productions aka Gold Base aka Int Base. It has a giant "castle" shaped soundstage complex 72,000 square feet in size. The largest single stage is 20,000 square feet.
And old copies of the video featuring the person who "blew" will be used to embarrass the cult. So it is easier just to pretend Scientologists don't exist while filming these promos. Pretending Scientologists don't exist is actually quite easy. the acquisition would expand its audiovisual capabilities and enable it to move further into broadcast production.

The structure of the Church is very complicated. All these levels and types and places. Unfortunately this was set up by LRH the great leader a long time ago and he, of course knew best. This design system has never worked and Scientology churches at every level have been insolvent and failing for decades. For a full discussion of their structure (and it's failure) just click here.
INSIDE THE IDEAL ORG (SUPERCHURCH) SWINDLE
In one of Karen de la Carriere and the Angry Gay Pope's best, and most acclaimed videos, ex-cultist Chris Shelton explains how the "Church" has devolved into a real estate scam.
